There are 2 ways you can arrange your delivery:

  • Online: find your products on the web site, add them to your trolley and choose to buy for home delivery. Then go through our quick and easy checkout process.
  • By phone: call 01482 665581 between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.

We deliver anywhere in the mainland UK**

Delivery Serivce:

We have a range of delivery services depending on the type of products you order.

Standard Delivery

  • 3-5 working days
  • Delivery will arrive any time Monday - Friday between 9am - 6pm
  • Orders with cleared payment received before 1pm are usually dispatched the same day (subject to stock availability and acceptance of the order)
  • The delivery will be made to kerb side entrance door. If you live a flat or building with your door above ground floor height, please contact us prior to placing the order to discuss your requirements
  • In a lot of cases we offer free standard delivery on our items but please check the Delivery tab on the individual product page to verify if a specific item qualifies for this service

Express Delivery

  • Next working day (subject to geographic location limitations). Please check with us prior to ordering that we are able to reach your physical location with an overnight delivery service
  • Delivery will arrive any time Monday - Friday between 9am - 6pm
  • Orders with cleared payment received before 3pm are usually dispatched the same day (subject to stock availability and acceptance of the order)
  • The delivery will be made to kerb side entrance door. If you live a flat or building with your door above ground floor height, please contact us prior to placing the order to discuss your requirements
  • Please check the Delivery tab on the individual product page to verify the cost for this service

Additional Delivery Services

We are also able to offer additional upgrades to our delivery services such as timed deliveries, weekend deliveries, delivery to room of choice and a 2 man white glove service where we will also unpack, undertake minimal assembly and remove the packaging of your item. Please contact us directly to find out further information and costs of any of these services.

Receipt of Goods:

If the item can be delivered through the normal postal service and will fit through a standard letter box then we will consider you to be in possession of the good(s) upon delivering to the address nominated on the order.

Any item unable to go through the normal postal service will be delivered to you by a courier. All goods delivered via couriers must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over on delivery. If there's no one at home when we deliver, in most cases you can request the items be left at a neighbours/reception/gatehouse etc, as long as there is an adult prepared to sign for the item on your behalf. If so, we'll ask for special delivery instructions during checkout. We'll also leave a card to let you know where we've left your items.

If there is no-one available to sign for the good(s) we'll also leave a card to let you know we've attempted to deliver the items. The card will contain information on how to contact your local depot to re-arrange a more convenient time for delivery or alternatively, you can contact us to re-arrange delivery.

Under normal circumstances, we do not allow for goods to be left unattended and without a signature. In the event that this is the only option to facilitate delivery, you will need to contact us in writing to give express instructions that you wish the good(s) to be left unchecked and unattended in a nominated place. Our courier will take a picture of the good(s) to prove delivery was completed to the nominated place. Should delivery be made under these circumstances, you agree title will have passed to yourself and to bare all risk associated with leaving the good(s) unattended (including but not limited to responsibility for loss or damage caused to the good(s)) in your nominated place. We also reserve the right to withhold any additional customer support services or replacement of good(s) in such circumstances.

Delivery Exclusions:

**Our standard delivery covers anywhere in the mainland UK with the exception of postcodes with following prefixes: AB, IV, KW, BT, IM, TR, PO30-40, ZE, HS, PA & PH.

We are unable to deliver to the Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Orkney, Shetland and Western Scottish Islands, BFPO addresses, Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland. For these areas, please Contact Us to see if any additional arrangements can be made.

Additional Information:

We reserve the right to restrict these services at any time. We reserve the right to alter or amend delivery times in exceptional circumstances. All delivery times quoted are subject to stock availability and delivery location.

Delivery times quoted above can vary depending on stock availability and delivery location. Most goods are dispatched to you from our distribution centre but some larger items are dispatched directly from our suppliers, which will also affect delivery times and conditions. Please see individual product information pages for detailed delivery lead times on specific items. In all cases, you will be contacted as soon as stock has been dispatched with an estimated delivery date.

Depending on the courier we use, it may be possible to amend some or all aspects of your delivery. Please contact us directly with any specific queries you have about your delivery.

The website is updated on a daily basis to reflect the latest stock situation. When you order, you will be offered the same delivery dates regardless of whether you order online or over the telephone. Please see individual product information pages for any detailed delivery information on specific items.

If your order is a combination of small and large items these may be despatched from different warehouses and might come in separate deliveries.
