Do you have to register an account with Devoted2home to place an order?

You do not have to register an account with us to order online. However setting up an account on Devoted2home.co.uk is a way of saving your personal details, such as delivery addresses for future use. This makes the site even quicker and easier to use. For more information on how to register an account and how it works please see My Account FAQs.

To purchase items without registering please select the left hand option, continue to checkout, when prompted before entering the trolley process of shopping.

How do I know if my order has been received?

When we receive your order, an Order Acknowledgement screen will be generated, issuing an order reference number. Please print out this page for future reference. You'll also receive an email confirming that we have received your order details.

Can I add to an existing order?

You can add items to your order until you confirm your payment details and complete the order. Once the order is confirmed, you can't add items to the same order. If you'd like to order additional items, please place a new order.

Can I place an order from overseas?

Yes. Customers from abroad can both register and place an order, as long as the order is for delivery in the mainland UK. Please see our Home Delivery section for further information.

How can I pay for my purchases?

You can pay for your purchases online using most major credit or debit cards, including Maestro, Mastercard, Visa Credit Card, Visa Debit Card, Visa Electron

Your credit card details will be encrypted to help keep them secure. Please note that in the interest of security, Devoted2home will never ask for your full username, password or credit card details via emails, pop-ups, or for any purpose other than registering or placing an order on Devoted2home.co.uk. What should I do if my credit/debit card was refused while placing an order?

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver to mainland UK and Northern Ireland (excluding BFPO addresses). Please see Home delivery information for more details.

Can I specify a delivery date when ordering?

Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee a delivery date when placing your order. We will notify you to acknowledge the goods have been dispatched.

Depending on your order, someone may need to be present at the time of delivery to sign for the items but you can specify a delivery address different from your home or main contact address, if more convenient. Some orders can be left in a safe place. If so, we'll let you know during the checkout process and you'll be able to provide some special delivery instructions.

Should you wish to receive your order on a specific date, please enter this information in the additional text box or Contact Us and we will endeavour to despatch the order to meet your requirements.

When will my order be delivered?

We aim to despatch all items within a maximum of 3 working days, however, the vast majority of our orders are despatched on the next working day.

Most deliveries are sent through are sent through a 2-3 day standard delivery service, however, please check individual items for specific delivery time lines.

Do I have to be there to sign for delivery?

Most deliveries require someone to be present to accept and sign for the delivery. This is simply to ensure the goods were delivered and received correctly. If you can't be there to sign for delivery and your order qualifies, you may be able to provide special delivery instructions during the checkout process for our drivers to leave the item(s) with a neighbour or in some other safe place. Otherwise, remember that you can specify a different delivery address while ordering and have your order delivered to your workplace, or a friend's place, etc. See Home delivery for more details.

Can I return a product, exchange it or get a refund?

What counts as proof of purchase?

The proof of purchase you will receive from us will depend on how you placed your order:

  • If you order online through one of our websites your confirmation email and the label on your parcel are your proofs of purchase.
  • If you placed your order over the phone your order number and the label (or delivery note) on your parcel are your proofs of purchase.

Are receipts sent with deliveries?

No your order number is printed on the address label (or delivery note) on the parcel and your order number is all you need to know if you wish to return goods to us.

How can I get a V.A.T. receipt?

We can send you a V.A.T. receipt for the product(s) you have purchased. In order to receive such a receipt, please Email customer services, including your order number and we'll be more than happy to deal with your request.

If I've received a free Devoted2home voucher with a purchase and I need to return the purchase, can I keep the voucher?

Devoted2home vouchers received as part of a promotional offer can not be exchanged for cash. These vouchers are non transferable, are not for resale and cannot be sold on the internet. If qualifying products are returned, the Devoted2home voucher must be returned. If the Devoted2home voucher is not returned then the voucher amount will be deducted from the money refund. Design of voucher may vary.

How do I use a promotional voucher code online?

To use a voucher code is easy on our web site. Simply enter the single use code you have received into the promotional code box on the Basket Confirmation screen when placing your order. Once the Basket has been updated, it will automatically calculate any qualifying discount and apply it to the order.
